On behalf of the Atlanta Underwater Explorers (AUE), Welcome to our Website! My name is Kelli L Edwards and I serve as the President of the Atlanta Underwater Explorers for the 2018-2019 Term. I am proud to serve AUE and join the ranks of previous Presidents who have enriched the city of Atlanta and the SCUBA diving community. Since 1992, AUE has been actively involved in the marine world, enriching the lives of our divers and the community by providing engaging experiences and fostering friendships. Does your club provide swimming instruction for interested perspective scuba divers? I am aware that the Washington DC group provides written and swimming instructor for prospective scuba divers.
Good afternoon Ms. Jefferson,
Thank you so much for your message. We have 3 certified swimming instructors and lifeguards within our club. If there are members or visitors who are interested in building their swim skills, we do make time to have swimming sessions. We also have 1 certified SCUBA instructor who is available for additional SCUBA services. Are you in the Atlanta area? You should come by one of our meetings and meet some of our members and instructors. Please let me know if you are interested in attending our next meeting, scheduled for Saturday, July 21, 2018.

Hello, I just came back from Cozumel, Mexico and I did my first dive and I loved it. Now I want to pursue a path to get certified and I would love to join your group. I live in the metropolitan of Atlanta and want to know more about diving.
